Artist Bio

By admin • • 12 Jul 2011

Tangled Life Studios is an extension of myself, hence the name.

I am a wife of 13 yrs, mom to two very imaginative little boys, artist, theologian, healer while playing World Of Warcraft, gardener with a black thumb, and a great many other things.  I love my life.

Other corners of the web where I reside:

www.tangledfaith.com – is a work in progress that will launch this fall.

www.creativeprayer.comis a catalog of contemplative prayer stations for leaders  to use in their worship gatherings, spiritual retreats or where ever else they may be useful.

www.damnthatssweet.comis my personal blog/journal.

Concerning Creativity and Art:

It floors me that we created beings are endowed with the ability to, in-turn, create and I am amazed when I think about how art can inspire, transform, comfort or even convict.  I find that often I am driven to get an idea out of my head and into something tangible. My hope is that perhaps my creation will then inspire, comfort or mess with your spirit somehow.

When I create something, I most often already have someone in mind for whom I want to gift it or a spot for it on my own walls.  Therefor I rarely ever sell original works.

Glicee (Museum quality) Duplicate Prints are available, ranging in price between $145 – $350 and are the same size as the original.

Standard Prints are $25 and are 9″x12″ unless the original is a wonky size, in which case I make it work how ever I can.

    Hiya Faith!
WOW! Your artwork is beautiful! I had no idea you are so multi-talented and gifted! Very beautiful!! :-)

  2. You went to seminary…did they draw you closer to salvation through Christ or lead you to other beliefs?

      Hello!
Yes, I went to George Fox Evangelical Seminary, and it was the most powerful, trans-formative, humbling 4 years of my life. I love God more deeply and more honestly than I ever imagined I could as a result. I am curious about the phrase “closer to salvation” though…. what do you mean by that? It could mean a lot of things, but I am not sure how you mean it.
      Peace and Grace, Faith.
